Actually, I discovered that Norm has provided two
processing instructions for rotating table cells.
<entry><?dbfo orientation="90"?><?dbfo rotated-width="1in"?>Cell rotated
Left</entry>
Currently these work in XEP, but not FOP because it does
not support fo:block-container elements which are used
to rotate blocks.
