There isn't a stylesheet in the Docbook XSL collection
to output HTML version 3.2 specifically.
The HTML stylesheets were written to the HTML 4.0 spec.
Are there particular features of 4.0 that give you
problems? Perhaps a customization can change the
output to more closely resemble 3.2.
