I've had great success with e-Novative's system. They provide a single
Windows Installer that will setup all your Docbook toolchain (DTD, XSL,
Java etc) along with some very useful batch files for controlling the
development cycle, backups etc. The only thing it doesn't include is an
XML Editor. It even has documentation!
