To expand on what Jeff said, FrameMaker has no
equivalent to <link>. That is, all cross references
in FrameMaker are empty, for which text is generated
from the target of the cross reference. So FrameMaker
can import DocBook <xref>s, but not <link>s.
FrameMaker can also cross reference between documents.
So it should be possible to map olinks (empty ones, that is)
to FrameMaker cross references. But the current import
API does not do that, and I couldn't figure out how
to get the read/write rules to do it. I think it would
require programming in Frame's API.
