- Subject: [docbook-apps] Indenting of tables
Hi All,
I am using XSL 1.63.1 stylesheets with xsltproc and FOP (latest
versions).
I want to have smaller tables indented into the text, so:
bodytext bodytext bodytext
bodytext bodytext bodytext
table table
table table
table table
bodytext bodytext bodytext
bodytext bodytext bodytext
I have tried a customised template that sets the <xsl:attribute
name="margin-left"> value in the <fo:block> that contains the table,
using the table's role attribute to mark tables that are narrow enough
to be indented and fit on the page.
The result is that the text is offset within each cell of the table,
while the borders of the table are not moved.
I then get huge numbers of
area contents overflows area in line
errors.
Any thoughts on how to achieve this?
