The name of the software package on SuSE Linux is
docbook-xsl-stylesheet; it is on
DVD1:/suse/noarch/docbook-xsl-stylesheets-1.60.1-22.noarch.rpm

It is in:
DVD1:/suse/i586/findutils-locate-4.1.7-533.i586.rpm
Once installed call
/etc/cron.daily/updatedb
or wait up to 24 h -- cron will update the file database daily.
