I experimented a while back with setting the reference-orientation on
fo:block-container (with absolute-position set to 'fixed', as XEP
requires), but noticed that if the table was longer than the width of
the page it was cropped. RenderX's support suggested starting a new page
sequence. I can see where that would be difficult, however. Does your
fix handle tables that extend beyond the width of the page? That'd be
very nice to have.
