find doesn't find existing files

This has me perplexed:

$ ls -l /usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.22/x86_64-cygwin-threads/XML/libXML.pm
-rw-r--r-- 1 Csaba None 65K Dec  6 14:16
/usr/lib/perl5/vendor_perl/5.22/x86_64-cygwin-threads/XML/libXML.pm

$ which find
/usr/bin/find

$ find  /usr/lib/perl5  -name libXML.pm
(no output)
