[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: libmspack-0.5-0.1.alpha

The following packages have been updated in the Cygwin distribution:

* libmspack0-0.5-0.1.alpha
* libmspack-devel-0.5-0.1.alpha

The purpose of libmspack is to provide both compression and
decompression of CAB, CHM, LZX, and LZSS file formats.

This release fixes several security issues:
