Hi,

There is something wrong with pod2man and pod2html. When I regeneratethe dos2unix international man pages from pod, all the non-asciicharacters are wrong. This did not happen with the previous perl version.


To reproduce:
make maintainer-clean
make install
LANG=uk_UA.UTF-8 man dos2unix
