next release?

Hello,

Firstly, thank you to the Cygwin team for all of your labor on, and dedication to, this project!

It has been quite a while since cygwin 1.7.7-1 was released (Aug 31, 2010)
and there have been a lot of snapshot updates since that time. Would you
happen to have any forecast for the date of the next full release (e.g., 1.7.8, 1.8.0)?
