Post install script errors.

Hello all,
    I am installing Cygwin 1.7.6 (latest) on Windows Server 2003 R2, 64-bit, XP SP2 for the first time. 

Getting the following post-install script errors:

The installation does not seem to be complete. 
Any suggestions?
