[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: {libpng/libpng12/libpng12-devel}-1.2.44-1

The libpng packages offer the standard libraries for manipulating
PNG files, a turbo-studly lossless image format.  This is a routine
update, and a packaging fix in preparation for the release of the
libpng-1.4.x series.

CHANGES (since 1.2.35-10)

o update to latest official release of libpng-1.2.x
o still using the non-autotools-driven build process
o compile using new gcc4 compiler
o updated hint files for new dependencies
o Move man pages from -devel to main package
o Don't install unversioned files
