... because it uses cygwin_posix_to_win32_path_list(), which doesn't
produce paths starting with '\\?\UNC\' instead of '\\'. That function
is deprecated for Cygwin 1.7 though, because it doesn't support
Unicode or paths longer than MAX_PATH.
