Error making wxWigets 2.8.10 in Cygwin 1.7.5

Freshly installed Cygwin 1.75, gcc etc included, on Win Vista SP2 32-bit
wxWidgets dies here after config,

../configure --with-msw --enable-debug

during make:

Is conflict in cygwin or wxWidgets?
