Version 1.9.4-1 of aria2 has been uploaded.

aria2 is a lightweight  multi-protocol & multi-source, cross platform
download utility operated in command-line. It supports HTTP/HTTPS,
FTP, BitTorrent and Metalink.

This is the latest upstream version.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
