[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: OpenSSH-5.5p1-2

I've just updated the Cygwin version of OpenSSH to 5.5p1-2.

This version adds improved edit capabilities on the sftp command line by
being built against the new libedit.  Otherwise it's identical to the
former 5.5p1-1 release.


To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page.  This downloads setup.exe to your
system.  Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
