Copy/Paste doesn't run on Cygwin

Without the ".vimrc" file the copy/paste runs fine in a vim's edited file,
but when I copy the example vimrc file
(/usr/share/vim/vim71/vimrc_example.vim) in $HOME/.vimrc, the selected text
isn't copy automatically on the clipboard.

The ".vimrc" is attached. .vimrc

Some information about Cygwin is attached too. cygcheck.out

The vim version is:

$ vim --version
VIM - Vi IMproved 7.1 (2007 May 12, compiled May 14 2007 16:29:51)
