SWIG, the Simplified Wrapper and Interface Generator, is a tool for
easing the interfacing of C/C++ libraries to scripting languages.
Its package in the Cygwin net distribution has been updated to version

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your
system. Then, run setup and answer all of the questions.
