It does show up from time to time, usually as a result of
<http://cygwin.com/acronyms/#3PP>. Unfortunately, there's more than
one vector to this problem so covering every one in the FAQ is going
to be unwieldy. Also, I think the message given in these cases is
pretty instructive. But I'll let the FAQ maintainer decide whether
it makes sense to alter the current entry for further clarity/
usability.
