sh is meant to be bash these days. Check in /etc/postinstall and see if it
has 00bash.sh or 00bash.sh.done, and in either case, remove the link and
(re-)run the script. (Make sure no other cygwin processes or services are
running except for the one bash shell you're using to do this).
