GPG got problems with external EXEs?

It seems GPG has got problem communicating with his child gpgkeys_http.
Warning: I have Windows XP x64, I wonder of it *may* be a problem like
the main EXE is launched correctly in WOW64 by the OS and the inner one
is not? Uhm.
PS: yes, I already tried re-installing the whole gpg package
