Spice on cygwin?

Subject: Spice on cygwin?

When I tried to install spice3f5sfix on cygwin from source with "./util/build linux" as documented, I got an error message "can't do //..". Anybody succeeded installing spice on cygwin? Anybody can explain how to avoid the above error to a script-layman as me? -- Frank Hrebabetzky
