libhal.a (w32api)

Subject: libhal.a (w32api)

Hi

/usr/lib/w32api/libhal.a (in w32api package) has no symbols.
source .def file and build from source seems ok.

Is packaged binary broken or incorrect ?

w32api: version 2.5-1
