$ cd /cygdrive/e/cygwin/bin
$ ./umount /usr/bin
$ ./mount E:/cygwin/bin /usr/bin
$ ./umount /usr/lib
$ ./mount E:/cygwin/lib /usr/lib
$ ./umount /
$ ./mount E:/cygwin /
$ ./mount -u -c /cygdrive

should do it.
