Thanks for the quick response. I know my app was not working, so I am
going back through what appears to be different when I compile with the
latest CygWin. These errors are the first thing to explain away :). Why
may I ask are they now there but were not there before?
If I need (want) no console window, hence the -mwindows, is there now a
more correct compile time option?
