Looks like your gcc installation is corrupted or incomplete.  Check that
you have /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-cygwin/3.2/include/stddef.h on your
system.  If not, reinstall the gcc package.  If you do, run "gcc -v -c
hello.c" and look at the output to see where it's looking for "stddef.h".
