Is it easy to install 5.61 instead ?

$CPAN::Config = {
  'build_cache' => q[10],
  'build_dir' => q[/.cpan/build],
  'cache_metadata' => q[1],
  'cpan_home' => q[/.cpan],

  'urllist' => [q[], q[ftp://cpan-], q[], q
[], q
[], q[], q
[], q
  'wget' => q[/usr/bin/wget],

With the requested paths (unzip,gzip,tar..) I just gave the path that
which gives (/usr/bin) even though this is empty and everything is in
/bin. I don't understand why this is.
Kind Regards
