Hi,
This trivial patch swaps the order of /usr/lib and /lib in libtool's Cygwin
search path.
Given the default mount structure, this is mostly a no-op, except that it
causes libtool to find .la files via /usr/lib first. Since they are
generally installed that way, they have /usr/lib hardcoded inside them as
their correct directory. Therefore, this reordering prevents the spurious
"libfoo.la seems to have moved" warnings.
I'm just soliciting preliminary feedback here, before I send this on to
libtool-patches.
