'Command not found'

Hello,

I installed Standard-Cygwin for compiling C99-Programs. Now, giving the Bash a
compile-command like 'gcc' or 'cc' Bash says

'Command not found'

I guess, the Compiler was not installed, but how do I do that? Which Package?

Please help soon,
thanxx
Sonny
