In the future, please post all XFree questions to the
cygwin-xfree@cygwin.com mailing list.  This is not the place to be
asking about X-related stuff.

Now as for your question, the answer can be found by using the
package search function at:

http://cygwin.com/packages/

By plugging in one of the above file names, it will return the
name(s) of any of the package(s) which contain that file.
