Hi folks,
I've been trying to run impad but have come up against some
problems.
Although I once managed to get it to see my folders and subscribe
to them, I was unable to retrieve any mail for INBOX and had limited
sucess with the others.
However at least I had got that far. I achieved that by running
inetd -d as the user Administrator (the same user who owned the folders I
was trying to retrieve from).
When I started inetd as a service (owned by SYSTEM), I got the
following error on each folder.
Your 'caughtspam' folder was not polled for its unread count. The
operation was canceled by the user. Account: 'Home', Server: 'localhost',
Protocol: IMAP, Server Response: 'LOGIN failed', Port: 143, Secure(SSL):
No, Error Number: 0x800C006F
Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong?
BTW this is the ourput from uname -a
CYGWIN_NT-5.0 GATEWAY 1.3.10(0.51/3/2) 2002-02-25 11:14 i686 unknown
TIA,
Jim
