2 minutes of searching on www.cygwin.com would find you
FWIW, why not just remake the sym links? This is what my
/usr/i686-pc-cygwin/bin/ looks like (excuse the line rapping)
$ ls -l /usr/i686-pc-cygwin/bin/
lrwxrwxrwx 1 Administ None 26 Oct 4 09:52 ar.exe ->
