keybindings in bash

I´m using latest rxvt and bash with cygwin 1.3.2 onto NT 4.0 SP5 and i´m
german.
I have the following in my .inputrc:
# keybindings
# "\e[2~":paste-from-clipboard
# home key
"\e[1~":beginning-of-line
# end key
"\e[4~":end-of-line
# del key
"\e[3~":delete-char
# pgup key
"\e[5~":history-search-forward
# pgdn key
"\e[6~":history-search-backward
All these keys are working correct except the end-of-line.
Always if i press "End" then a "~" (tilde) is inserted instead of jumping
to the end of the line.
What i´m doing wrong?
If i remember right this has worked until i switched to rxvt but i´m not sure.
Any hints?
Many thanks in advance,
Klaus
