No need to rush out rsync-2.4.6-2 for this, but please correct it when
you do update.  The file /usr/doc/Cygwin/rsync-2.4.6.README contains the
filelist for "wget", not "rsync".  Also, it lists me as the maintainer
-- but I'm not...
