Was not set.

No change in behaviour.

I do not mount anything so far. Do I have to?

Positive.
Any more hints? Is there a "How-To" describing all the necessary steps
for installing cygwin32 (and coolview)? Perhaps I missed something like
setting system variables, mounts, paths or choosing a certain install
directory or whatever.
