I am on NT4 SP3. This entire machine is NTFS.
The time is correct (roughly) on the computer.
If I create a directory under / called, dir1, I see
cd /
mkdir dir1
ls -al dir1
drwxr-xr-x 2 544 Domain A 0 May 14 17:46
