_XSERVTransSocketUNIXCreateListener: ...SocketCreateListener() failed
_XSERVTransMakeAllCOTSServerListeners: server already running

Fatal server error:
Cannot establish any listening sockets - Make sure an X server isn't already running
winDeinitMultiWindowWM - Noting shutdown in progress

A very similar question has been asked recently

I would update the FAQ to include this question if I got any feedback about what the problem and solution is.
