The Cygwin/XFree86 home page has been updated:

Changes:
1) Add a small blurb about the Cygwin license modification, and
a link the Cygwin license page.
2) Add three direct links to the Development area on the menu
3) Add four news items, remove about four old (almost a year) news
items
4) Add a link to the Contributor's Guide in the Documentation menu
5) Remove the Screenshot menu item
6) Add a Screenshots section in the main page body with a
wide variety of screenshots
