I got the impression that David thinks we should do it now, as it will just
be required by the time that Cygwin/XFree86 uses the Cygwin installer.
In any case, I support the idea of adding /usr/X11R6/bin/ to the path in
/etc/profile if Chris Faylor signs off on it.
