You're probably right, but it would at least be something that we could
definitively point to and say "this is precisely why Foo breaks Cygwin,
go talk to FooDevelopers" rather than "Foo does evil stuff."  Or put in
reverse, if Cygwin was doing something strange it would be a lot better
to get a report of "Cygwin does X and Y specifically" rather than "me
try use Cygwin and me Foo and me Foo no workie no more".
