The mirror cygwin.elite-systems.org has been running for 5 months now.
Since then it has maintained an average 16GB of data transfer per day.
This month alone it has already transfered over 180GB. Since its
inception as an official mirror on August 5th 2006 it has transferred in
excess of 2.5 Terabytes of data.

P.S. - I am the maintainer. It has consistently been updated every
night since I started it. I've been mirroring everything including the
mailing list archives.
