Yep, I'm aware of that.

Oh, I've figured out that it was using the List-* headers, all right.  I
was thinking that if Pine is doing it, other mailers that purport to be
more "user-friendly" (whatever that means) would do something similar.
But hey, I don't use'em, so I'm just guessing.
