I made an equivalent patch a few days ago. Sorry for not mentioning it
here.

We don't control the mingw directory. Try sending email to
mingw-dvlpr SPLAT lists BOP sourceforge BOP net .
(with SPLAT and BOP replaced by their obvious characters).
