When one of the project leads tells you you're in the wrong mailing list
you can be assured that you're in the wrong mailing list.


    cygwin-developers: a subscribers-only list for discussing the internals
    of the Cygwin DLL and all cygwin components of the "winsup" directory
    (excluding the mingw and w32api directories).

Your problem obviously does not qualify.
