After uploading to noarch/release area, calm returned:

I emptied and removed ARCH directories first before uploading to
noarch. Is Anything else needed?
Apologies if this error message is unclear.
This error that is trying to report is that you are attempting to upload
files to noarch/release/checkbashisms, while x86/release/checkbashisms
contains files. This situation isn't currently permitted.
As Yaakov's mail [1] says "We will then move these packages into
/noarch/release on sourceware and acknowledge such, at which point you
are clear to upload future releases." .
These packages haven't been moved yet.
I'm not sure how much checking Yaakov has been doing for these moves,
(for example, in this case, 2.15.1-1 is the previous version for both
x86_64 and x86, but the files are superficially different, and the
current versions have different numbers, so merging the contents of the
directories is probably not the right thing to do...), so please bear
with us while this is sorted out.
