build on testing distro all depend in

I use two days no errors.
 binary and source package is
 on my side
   building in cygport
      install coreutils-8.15-2
	no    coreutils-8.21-1 !! is broken "configure error"
   sorry for my english. "google translate"

     cygwin 64-bit is faster
