[ITA] gnupg-1.4.12-1

I noticed nothing wrong building from the sorce,
it seems very standard.
At least gnupg-1.4.x, while gnupg-2.x seems another beast with
all the library dependencies.

to download (remove the index.html's) :

wget -r -np -nH --cut-dirs=2 \
http://matzeri.altervista.org/cygwin-1.7/gnupg/index.html

rm ./index.html
