It works with cgi_main.c:

$ sapi/cgi/php.exe -v
PHP 5.0.1 (cgi-fcgi) (built: Sep 23 2004 21:30:16)
Copyright (c) 1997-2004 The PHP Group
Zend Engine v2.0.1, Copyright (c) 1998-2004 Zend Technologies

Will do the same for the client.  Then we have all in the main library
with some included modules (zlib, pcre, libxml), the rest are external
