Not yet, I'm afraid. The binaries in usr/bin (in the package) are not stripped. Please strip them. Also, you have 'TCM Port' at the end of your README. Please either remove or change that.

<Cough>, just force of habit. I changed the README and added a strip-command to the Makefile. Source- and binary packages and patch are updated at http://home.in.tum.de/~boesswet/psutils_cygwin/.
